Training Updates
We’re about to kick off our FINAL specialized training series for 2025!
So far we’ve completed our Mental Health and Mobility Specialist specialized trainings, and this month is the very much anticipated Dementia/Alzheimer’s Certification.
We’re partnering with a specialized team from Penn State that focuses just on creating training curriculums that teach professionals in different health care sectors how to more effectively support people living with dementia. We are honored to be their inaugural home care agency – helping to shape effective care strategies for supporting those we care for who live with this condition.

Company News
We are SO excited to share that even before the new year starts, we have made some BIG changes to our administrative team, with a fresh redesign of each of our admin roles. Our goal is to put stronger and more effective focus on our caregivers, our clients and our scheduling practices.
Our new roles are: Client Coordinator, Field Supervisor and Staffing Coordinator. Each of these roles will be more forward, field facing to bring support where our clients and caregivers are each day. Expect to see other improvements as we move through the end of this year and into 2026.
Saying good-bye to valued team members is never easy, but in October we lost two of our administrative staff – Kelli Carper and Amber Byrne-Caeti. We wish them both well in their new career endeavors!
