Ben Parke – Welcome our newest administrative team member, Ben Parke! Ben will serve as our Operations Manager, which means he will be working with Kim, directly managing the day to day flow of our business operations with an intense focus on our recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes. Ben will directly oversee our entire service delivery team – including indirect oversight of all of our caregivers. Ben comes to us with extensive experience successfully managing a home care agency with multiple service locations, his experience will help us navigate our own continued growth while we maintain our high standards for quality care to each person we serve. Welcome, Ben!

Group tour for our team. Visit UPMC’s fully adapted home in Oakland to see first-hand the type of adaptations that are available to help people live home safely, longer. Open to 10 caregivers.

- Mark Maglio – Shout Out for going above and beyond by securing a transport wheelchair for JoDee to use during community outings. His proactive thinking significantly reduced her fall risk, helping keep her safe while still supporting her independence. Great work, Mark!
