Training Updates
Mobility Specialized Certification Training – working with clients w/neurological disorders
Our Mobility trainings is underway! Below is the schedule trainings. Very excited about the new opportunities this training will open up for our successful Mobility Specialist graduates!
Once the entire training series is completed, we will host a practicum in our office with Neuroaxis Rehab staff where all skills will be practiced and then a final “hands on” competency test will be done. The certification will be earned once the competency is passed.
Alzheimer’s/Dementia Specialized Certification – coming in October! Our final certification program for the year – stay tuned for details and registration information.
Employee of the Month
Stacey Beatty is our top points earning for August! Yes, Stacey wears many hats for us, and caregiving is still one of them. Congratulations, Stacey!
Honorable Mention
Stephanie Welsh – is our running up for August! Good job, Stephanie!
Beginning in July, we started celebrating our top performer each month based on performance points earned in the prior 30 days in our Zingage application without Wellsky. Points are earned automatically in Wellsky just by meeting our core caregiver expectations: clocking in/out via EVV, arriving on time and working your full shift, not calling off.
We will have an overall winner each month and an honorable mention for second runner up.
Congratulations to Stacey and Stephanie – thank you for your consistent dedication!
Shout Outs from the previous 4 weeks –
Tyesha Poindexter – thank you for always being a team player, picking up almost every shift we have offered and being so great with the clients. Everyone who has met you thus far has had nothing but good things to say about you!
This was a very difficult month for the following staff who lost clients they were close to and cared so well for:
Trisha Thomas – thank you for the exceptional care and compassion you provide to each client you care for, everyday. Your support brought comfort and dignity to your client, especially in her final days, and made a meaningful difference for her whole family during a difficult time. Her family expressed deep gratitude for you, and we are just as grateful for you.
Latoya Hariston – thank your skillful care, kindness, compassion, and love shown to your client over the past two years. His family is eternally grateful for you and described you as a godsend-someone they truly don’t know how they would have managed without. Your dedication has made a lasting impact, and we deeply appreciate everything you’ve done.
Harley Odenthal – in the short time you were with your client before he passed, you made a truly meaningful difference. His daughter shared how touched she was by your kindness-especially your thoughtfulness in sitting with him and reading to him, even in his final days. Your compassion did not go unnoticed. The family deeply appreciates you, and so do we.
Shout Out! to these staff for correctly completed tasks for every shift worked for the first half of 2025:
